HALF DAY ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS
Spend the morning or afternoon meeting our many animals - everything from bugs to bunnies, snakes to skunks!  (The welfare of our livestock is paramount so actual animals presented may vary).  A relaxed and friendly introduction to the wonders of wildlife, the encounters will show children how to handle and care for animals.  Maximum of 35 children per session so morning/afternoon will be arranged to allow all children equal time with the animals.
Book both morning and afternoon sessions on the same day and save over £100. More details.

SENSORY SESSIONS
Ideal for children with Special Educational Needs.  Similar to our Animal Encounters, these Sensory Sessions focus on enjoying animals using our senses (except taste of course!)  Animal Workshops operates a "Welcome All" policy and your presenter is trained to understand SEN requirements.  Basic Makaton is available at no extra charge - please mention this when making a booking.
Book both morning and afternoon sessions on the same day and save over £100. More details.

PRINTABLE BOOKING FORM

Our prices reflect both the experience of our presenters and the high standard and unique quality of our service.  If you are a small school, or are booking a workshop for a single class, we are happy for you to get together with another local school to book 2 x half day sessions on the same day at the reduced rate to share the costs.  We will spend the morning at one school and the afternoon at the other.  Please see our Prices page or contact us about this.

HEALTH & SAFETY
If any children are
allergy sufferers (especially those with a severe airborne nut allergy) please contact us for more information before making a booking.  Also please consider any phobias before making a booking.  Hand-washing facilities are essential.  Cleansing wipes/gel will be provided.
All of our animals are tame and friendly but please remember that all animals can bite and scratch.  However, your presenter will closely supervise all animal handling and is fully trained and experienced in all matters regarding health and safety.  You can find a copy of our school risk assessment by clicking the link below (opens in new window - please be patient while it downloads).
You may like to allow the children to wear old clothes rather than best school uniform during a visit from Animal Workshops (optional).
